Stuffed Zucchini Flowers

25-30 zucchini flowers
250 grams feta cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
oil for frying

For the batter:
2 cups flour
1 cup water
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Prepare and wash the zucchini flowers. Mash the feta cheese into a bowl, add the ricotta, the 2 eggs and some pepper. Mix well. Fill each zucchini flower
with one spoonful of the mix, dip one by one into the batter and fry in hot oil both sides ‘till golden brown.
